How does hotel delivery work?

After you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email asking for your recipient’s hotel name, room number (if known), and your preferred delivery date. Our team coordinates directly with the hotel to ensure your gift is waiting when your guest arrives. If a room number isn’t available yet, we work with the hotel’s front desk to hold the gift for pickup.

Which hotels do you deliver to?

We deliver to hotels throughout the Atlanta metro area, including downtown Atlanta, Midtown, Buckhead, College Park, and areas near Mercedes-Benz Stadium. If you’re unsure whether we deliver to a specific hotel, just reach out via our Contact page before ordering.

How far in advance do I need to order?

All orders must be placed by May 31, 2026, to guarantee a June or July delivery slot. We have a limited number of delivery windows during the tournament, so early ordering is strongly encouraged. We cannot guarantee delivery for orders placed after May 31.

Can I change my delivery date after ordering?

Yes, as long as you contact us at least 5 business days before your scheduled delivery date. Changes are subject to availability. Please email willisflowersatl@gmail.com with your order number and the new requested date.

What if my guest’s plans change or they check out early?

If your guest’s hotel stay changes, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to reschedule or redirect the delivery. We are not able to issue refunds for orders where the recipient is unavailable on the confirmed delivery date, but we will always work with you to find a solution.

What is your refund policy?

Because our products are perishable and made to order, all sales are final once the arrangement has been assembled. If there is a problem with the quality of your arrangement upon delivery, please contact us within 24 hours with a photo, and we will make it right.

Do you offer custom messages with the gift?

Yes. Every gift set includes a complimentary message card. You can add your personal message at checkout.

Can I order for someone who isn’t at a hotel?
