Delivery & Fulfillment Policy

Delivery Area

We deliver to hotels within the Atlanta metropolitan area, including but not limited to: Downtown Atlanta, Midtown, Buckhead, College Park, and the area surrounding Mercedes-Benz Stadium. If you are unsure whether we service a specific location, please contact us before placing your order.

Delivery Window

All deliveries are scheduled during the 2026 FIFA World Cup Atlanta match window: June through July 2026. Exact delivery dates are confirmed at checkout and via follow-up email.

Pre-Order Deadline

All orders must be placed by May 31, 2026, to be eligible for guaranteed delivery. We strongly encourage ordering as early as possible — our delivery slots are limited and are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Order Confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours of purchase. A second email will follow to confirm your delivery date, hotel name, and recipient details. Please ensure your contact information is accurate at checkout.

Perishable Products

All floral arrangements are made fresh to order. Because of the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final once an arrangement has been assembled. If you have a quality concern upon delivery, please contact us within 24 hours at willisflowersatl@gmail.com with a photo of the arrangement.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 business days before your confirmed delivery date to be eligible for a store credit (not a cash refund). We are unable to cancel orders within 7 days of the scheduled delivery date.
